Complete Co-packing FAQs

What type of products can you pack?

We can pack a range of food and drink beverages including dried goods, spices, superfood powders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, sauces and capsules. Our afterpacking and fulfilment services are available for non-food products.

QWhat pack formats can you work with?

Packaging formats include bottles, jars, premade pouches, sachets, pillow packs and composite cans.

QDo you supply packaging?

We operate on a free issue basis therefore you would supply us with your product and packaging. We would then quote you on a co-packing price only. Ancillaries that we can supply at an additional charge include standard shipping cases, labels, pallets and stretch wrap and hood.

Minimum order quantities?

Our MOQs vary depending on the format that you are packing into. It also depends on the process required, for example we have hand packing, semi-automatic and fully automatic options available. Hand packing starts from 5,000 units per variant per run.

Why would I need BRCGS for my product?

Choosing a facility with BRCGS accreditation will give you total confidence that your product will be safe, regulated and of a high quality. As a BRCGS AA facility, we work to a high set of standards which is more in depth than other standards that are out there. The accreditation gives retailers the assurance to stock your products on their shelves.

QDo I need Organic accreditation for my product and will you certify my product as being organic?

If you want to sell your product as organic, you must hold a certificate of registration from an approved organic certification body. We work with the Soil Association, who are the UK’s most experienced certification body.

QDo you offer NPD work and trials?

We do not have an NPD team onsite however we can put you in touch with recommended product developers. What we do offer are trial runs that can be completed as part of your development work. We offer full and half day trials at a fixed cost – the goods produced will be yours to use as samples or for any shelf-life or microbiological testing that you require.

Is your site allergen free?

Our sites are not allergen free but we have strict procedures in place to prevent cross contamination. We have a segregated allergen bay and clean room for the packing and storing of products containing allergens. Our manufacturing site is peanut and sesame free.
