CCPS see increase in superfood powder production during summer months
Complete Co-packing Services has seen a significant rise in demand for packing superfood powders throughout summer, and we expect this momentum to continue into the ‘back to school’ season, a clear sign that this trend is here to stay. As health-conscious consumers increasingly seek functional nutrition options, superfood powders are becoming a staple in their daily routines. From matcha, turmeric to mushroom and superfood blends, the market is expanding rapidly with brands are trying to help the customer’s wellness and health needs.
Every batch of powder is packed with precision, care and consistency. Each ingredient is carefully picked in our warehouse, they are then precisely weighed and blended to make a homogenous mix. We also offer blending services to support your custom formulations. Whether you are working with single-ingredient powders or complex superfood blends, our equipment and expertise ensure a uniform mix. Once blended, the product is then packed into your chosen format, whether that’s sachets, stand-up pouches, composite cans, or tubs. Our facility is fully equipped to handle that, and our experienced team ensures that each unit is packed to the highest standards.
To meet the growing demand for superfood powders and custom blends, we have recently invested in an additional 1,000L ribbon blender, enhancing our capacity for both small-batch and high-volume production. This expansion reflects our commitment to supporting our customers’ evolving needs, because we do not just pack products, we also love to grow with our customers.
Whether you are a start-up launching your first wellness line or an established brand expanding your range, our contract packing and contract manufacturing services offer the flexibility, scalability, and expertise you need to succeed.
