Liquid Filling
With our range of filling equipment, we are able to provide accurate and consistent filling for all types of flowing ambient liquids. We can fill anywhere from 5ml miniature bottles and single serve sachets up to 5 Litre jacks. Pack formats for liquids include:

- Jars (Glass or PET)

- Premade Pouches
Powder & Dried Product Filling
Filling by volume or weight, our range of equipment can handle dried foods, powders and granules into small single serve packs all the way up to larger bags for food service.
With manual, semi-automatic and automatic options available, we can ensure we find the right process at the right price and volume for you. Pack formats for powders include:

- 3 side-seal Sachets

Tablet Filling
Our tablet counting and filling machine has a flexible dispenser meaning we can pack into a variety of formats including:
- Bottles & Tubs (Glass or PET)
- Premade Pouches
- Sachets
The machine can work with tablets, capsules and soft gels of a range of sizes. The line is finished with an Enercon indication sealer which provides tamper evidence for bottles to maintain product freshness and safety.
Working With Alcohol
Holding a Trade Facility Warehouse Authorisation means that we can take your alcohol for mixing, blending and filling with the Duty in Suspension (DIS), providing you with significant cash flow advantages during processing. We can then return your finished goods to a bonded warehouse or arrange the duty to be paid prior to dispatch to your end customer. Contact us to find out more.
