Steve Nicholls, managing director
As Managing Director, Steve is responsible for the long-term strategy of our business.
Customer service is Steve’s number one priority. He thrives on the challenges of delivering solutions; surpassing customer expectation and taking an active role in the business journey from product development through to point of sale.
Steve began his working life as an electrical engineer before progressing through various engineering management roles and production management. He took a lead role in operations management for an FMCG company before setting up Complete Core Business Solutions in 2006 and Complete Co-packing Services in 2015.
A keen horse rider, Steve is very proud of his 16.3hh Dutch Warmblood Gelding. His spare time is spent hacking out in the forestry, getting close to wildlife and enjoying regular gallops.
Jacky is Business Administration Director so has responsibility for all aspects of payroll, HR and company accounts and finance.
With a long history in customer service, production planning and logistics management, Jacky is highly experienced in all aspects of business administration and compliance.
A big fan of the West Wales coast, Jacky takes great pride in supporting the team and is actively involved with managing the growth of our business.
Rachel Sugarman, business development manager
Rachel heads up new business for Complete Co-Packing Services.
Always on the look out for new opportunities, Rachel previously owned her own engineering business. She now loves the variety of her job and enjoys spending time with our valued customers.
A qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, Rachel loves mountain biking. She is also classically trained in the Spanish guitar.
Jeff Parry, operations manager
As Operations Manager, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of production, engineering, warehousing, health & safety and quality control.
His career in contract packing goes back over 20 years and includes time with Klockner Pentapack, Budelpack, March Foods Limited and Green Light Products.
Jeff loves facing every challenge head-on and takes an active role in developing our staff. He is also a well-regarded junior rugby coach, senior rugby team manager and takes great pride in supporting his wife as a foster carer.
Rebecca Regan, manufacturing accountant
Rebecca is a qualified accountant and takes care of our financial reporting including the all important cash flow, banking and credit control.
Having previously worked in practice, Rebecca now loves our world of manufacturing but does like the outdoors! A keen sailor, she is treasurer of her sailing club and enjoys taking part in charity fundraising events.
As Accounts Assistant, Sarah maintains our online stock system and looks after our accounts function on a daily basis.
Working with Rebecca, Sarah processes all purchase orders, invoices and supplier statements. She also manages customer orders, sales ledger and purchasing. With two young boys, Sarah loves the variety of her work.
Sarah Sheppard, accounts assistant
Emma Cannon, customer service administrator
Emma is our Customer Services Administrator and deals with the daily requirements of all our lovely customers.
She joined Complete Co-Packing Services having previously worked for an installation company. Mum to an energetic seven year old, Emma takes great pride in her work and particularly enjoys being part of the team that helps to perfect our customer’s end product. She is also particularly well organised!
Joann Cotter, customer service administrator
Joann is our Customer Service Administrator.
Joann takes responsibility for recording and reporting production figures, production planning, processing pick & packs, dealing with customer queries and arranging the despatch of finished goods.
Joann loves her job but she loves the legend Tom Jones even more!
Obsessed with detail, Julie is the perfect Compliance Officer; taking responsibility for all aspects of quality control and procedures.
Julie is an ISO auditor and holds Food Safety Level 2, HACCP Levels 2 and 3 along with an NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques and Business Administration. She is also Mum to two teenagers.
Julie Grahame, compliance officer
Ashleigh has a background in human resources having been awarded a BSc in Psychology, CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Practice and CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management.
Having joined the business in April 2016 from an HR and recruitment consultancy, Ashleigh now has responsibility for the administration of HR and the development and implementation of the BRC Quality Standard. She is very detail focussed and thrives on juggling the two different elements of the business.
